Local in-stock orders (within Trinidad and Tobago) are delivered within 2-3 business days via TTPost after online payment is processed successfully. Your order is subjected to a delivery fee of $5.00 USD and its delivered directly to your doorstep.

We ship via Fedex or DHL and it usually delivers between 5-7 working days.
Currently we only ship to USA, Canada and Barbados. If you are located outside these countries please feel free to contact us, we will be happy to accommodate you.

Custom orders usually take 4-6 weeks to produce and ship.
Custom orders are accumulated per month and are placed on the 25th of every month.
Online payments for our website are supported by WiPay Caribbean.
For local orders we accept online payments via Cash Vouchers or Credit Card transactions.
For international orders we only accept Credit Card transactions.
Don’t have a credit card? No problem. We accept cash payment on our website.
Simply visit any authorized WiPay location and use cash to buy a WiPay Top Up voucher. Use the voucher’s scannable QR code or unique 12-character reference number to make a ‘digital cash’ payment in checkout.

Returns are only available locally.
Items can be returned within 7 days after purchase.
Product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.

To track your order or view your order status, enter your order number in the ‘Track an Order’ form located at the bottom on the website.
You can also view your orders online by creating an account with us. Create your account by registering with your email. An initial password will be sent to your email. You have the option to change it when logged into your account.

For all online orders you will be sent an order confirmation email with an order number when your order has been placed.
In the email you will be sent your order details along with a pdf invoice for your review and safe keeping.
